Introducing Diary: A New Way to Monitor Your Primary Health Markers and Exciting Updates

Coach is now Diary

To make it easier for you to monitor primary health indicators that align with your health goals, we have replaced Coach with Diary. This doesn’t mean that Coach—our behavioural assistant designed to help you stay on top of your health goals—is disappearing; rather, we are actively working to enhance it.

What Does This Mean?

Whether your goal is to manage weight, blood sugar, blood pressure, or any combination of these, Diary will provide you with the key biomarkers relevant to your objectives. If you're unsure about what to track or simply want an overview, Diary will guide you on the important health indicators you should monitor to achieve your health goals.

You can still access the full list of biomarkers in the Biomarkers section of the app, allowing you to log any additional ones you may be tracking.

What Should You Do?

1. Ensure you update your Platos Health App.
2. Click on the blue text highlighted on the Diary screen to select or change your goal.

Guest Mode

We understand the appeal of the Platos body composition monitors and why your friends and family might want to test them. With guest mode, irregular readings are flagged, allowing guests to use your device without interfering with your data. To access their data, they can download the app and sign up within a specific timeframe or purchase their own device.  You can find a special offer to help them get their monitor on the referral program screen.

Referral Program
